Follow the steps
1) Create new settings in ur mobile phone.

Apn : airtelgprs.com
Proxy : 31.193.140.129
port : 80
2) now in opera or uc or fb or nimbuz handler
menu put this frontquery
Content:
Fq :
m.airtellive.com/~garagara/nph-mr.heckin/
tommy/http/
3) then click on save config.and wait for
initializing to complete.
