Follow the steps
1) Just create setting like this in your phone:-
Apn-www
proxy : 208.116.58.26
Port : 80
2) Now save setting...And download opera mini
handler 7.5.3 By google search or other
places
3) Just select proxy
type "HTTP" put proxy server -
omi.vodafone.com
You can also try this trick on uc handler 9.x
at
first try with zero balence If not worked
then try
with small net pack..
