2) Click On "More Network " Then Click On "Tethering & Portable Hotspot"

3) Click On "Bluetooth Tethering" and Enable it

4) Now Go To Your Phone Bluetooth setting and Visible the Connection

5) Now Take Any Other Android phone or Pc and On The Bluetooth

6) Simply Connect
